How The Program Works

The primary focus of our Youth Development Programme is to develop resilient, strong and technically proficient young athletes.

 

We understand that Youth Development involves a long-term approach as the athlete moves through the growth and maturation phase of adolescence. Improving various athletic qualities via progressive structured training, is also known to reduce the relative risk of injury.

 

Our 6-week training blocks (x2 sessions per week) are designed to help aspiring adolescents achieve their sporting goals. Enjoy improving your athletic performance as you complete both gym-based & pitch-based sessions. Learn how to get get off the mark quicker, jump higher & sprint efficiently. 

 

Suitable sessions times can be organised, but both early mornings (7am) & after school times are available. Additionally, completing these gym sessions in the early morning will mean that your child is sufficiently recovered, and still able to attend their team sport trainings in the evenings.

Dynamo Tests Your Isometric Strength. Obtaining Baseline Scores Informs Us Of Where You Currently Are. Re-Testing Occurs Following An Exercise Programme To Gauge Your Improvement.

Alongside GPS Data, We Also Use Heart Rate To Ensure That Your Are Training In The Correct Training Zones, Therefore Achieving The Most From Your Training Sessions.

We Use a GPS Tracker To Record Key Running Based Metrics Associated With Your Sport. Decelerations, Accelerations, High Speed Running & Total Distance Ran Are The Key Parameters Recorded.
